Your hair should look as if it's seen a comb, and if you're clean shaven make sure that you are clean shaven! Your date will put considerable effort into looking her best for you, and she will feel you are disrespecting her if you don't make at least some attempt to dress up for her.

Self-importance: Girls are interested in you, but they don't want to hear about you all night. Even if they ask you questions and you have to answer them, find a balance between information and too much information! Answering with single word answers is going to make the grade either, but keep your answers short and then turn the question back to your date.

This behavior is usually an avoidance of truth - but the truth is the only way to move past the pain. Respect and honor yourself by pulling back the veils to truth.

4) Blaming Yourself - buying into the belief that your relationship failure is all your fault will shatter your self-esteem. The old adage is true, it takes two to tango, it always has and it always will. This has more to do with self-worth. Start loving yourself and stop judging your actions. You did the best you could and so did the other person.
Start looking at the lessons you learned from this relationship. Forgiveness is an important step to take if you are into self blame.

5) Husband Bashing - I know only too well how the injustice, the disappointment and the lies can drive you crazy, but sinking to his level by gossiping with your friends will just keep you in a downward spiral and leave you feeling empty.

6) Isolating- hiding from the world will just make you more sad, lonely and depressed. Your self-esteem will plummet and you will most likely engage in all of the above negative behaviors. Get out and connect with others. Do something nice for someone else -that is guaranteed to make you feel better.

7) Focusing on Loss - this is where the law of attraction comes into play big time. Whatever you focus on will expand - if you stay in the mind-set of loss you stand to lose a lot more than your relationship.

Excellent Physical Conditioning Not Good For Muscle Bound Idiot

Judy was a 25 year old female aerobics instructor. She was in excellent physical condition. She was a very beautiful woman. She was not muscular, but she had a natural feminine flare. She was the envy of all the women in her class and the women of every guys dreams. She had an exboyfriend named Troy who was very jealous.

She had broken up with him a few weeks ago and was trying to get on with her life. He was not completely over her. He hated to see her talk to any other guy and he was not afraid to let her know it. He was a very muscular fellow, but not in the best aerobic condition. He was more into packing on the muscles than aerobics.

He just did not want to let her go. One day while she was teaching an aerobics class, Troy interrupted. He made a scene and Judy finally had to let her students reschedule the class. When she and Troy were alone in the room they argued. Some of the students over heard Troy say, if he could not have her then no one would.

He turned and left the room in a rage. The students tried to convince Judy to report him. She was so nice that she just wanted to forget it. Later that evening, Judy was about to leave the gym for home. She packed her stuff and walked out into the parking lot. She saw Troy in the parking lot. He hastily moved toward Judy.

He said, Judy when are you going to stop this nonsense and come back to me. She said, I have told you a million times it is over and I mean it, now move. Something must have triggered in Troy. He grabbed Judy around her neck with his massive hands and started to choke her. She struggled but it was no use.

Then she remembered something about defending herself. She kneed Troy in the groin, which broke his attack, and she ran. He regained composure and proceeded to chase her. Luckily she was in excellent aerobic condition and was able to out run him and get help. She reported the incident to police and Troy was arrested. Her excellent physical conditioning had probably saved her life.

You should always stay in the best physical condition possible. Excellent physical conditioning will help ward off attackers. When an opportunity to escape presents itself you may have to flee. If you are in better shape than your attacker you will have a better chance of escape. Australian Cattle Dog -This Months Best Dog Breed

The Australian Cattle Dog, or Blue Heeler, is also known as the Australian Heeler, Hall's Heeler, Queensland Heeler, or Red Heeler. The term "heeler" refers to the breed's instinct to snap and bite at the heels of the animals they are herding.

They have alert and happy facial expressions, pointed ears, and although they appear small, they are muscular and agile. They come in a mixture of colors--mostly blue with tan and black, or mostly red speckled.

They were bred as a combination of Scottish collies and Australian dingoes and blended with some Australian Kelpie, Dalmatian, and Bull Terrier to be an extremely hardy breed that can withstand long hours and harsh weather conditions with ease.

ACD's are more 'work-minded' than other herding breeds and as a rule, are not as good as pets because of the aggressive characteristics specifically bred into them. But, as with every breed, there are often exceptions to the rule.

The Australian Cattle Dog is an excellent companion and is always awaiting the next command from its master. But ACD's need a lot of exercise or they women's jackets will become highly destructive.

These can include severe aggression, depression, or anxiety. This is not a breed to leave at home for hours on end, nor tied up in the back yard. They are bred to be highly sensitive guard dogs, so as a rule they do not like strangers coming onto their property.

ACD's should be socialized regularly if you want them to be friendly toward other animals and guests. ACD's do not distinguish a difference between wild animals or your small pets, so they are not recommended around cats, rabbits, mice, or smaller dogs. Most of the time, a well-socialized ACD will do well with children, but they are not recommended. They often herd children, so keep an eye on them--you don't want them to snap at your child's heels. Even a highly socialized dog can be aggressive, depending on the child it interacts with.

ACD's have what I like to call, "extreme intelligence." Like Border Collies, they can be trained to do just about anything. The downside of a highly sophisticated breed, though, is that they become bored easily so you always need to have a job for them. The sky is the limit on what you can teach them.

ACD's can be very independent and stubborn due to their intelligence, so firm training is a must. This breed responds well to consistent training and discipline, although they catch on quick and hate to disappoint their masters.

The ACD's short coat is weather resistant but they are average shedders so brush often with a firm bristle. You only need to bathe when necessary. They never need shaving or haircuts--their coat has been developed to endure all kinds of weather. Never dock their tail--they need it for work! ACD's weigh about 30-55 pounds and live about 12 to 15 years. They do best on the farm with animals to herd, but if you don't raise cattle or sheep, a large yard will do, along with plenty of exercise.

ACD's are great candidates for competitions such as agility trials, flyball, frisbee, and of course, herding. I recommend ACD's for owners who wish to work with their dog, compete with them, or give them a job on the farm. They are not suited for suburban or city life.

They tend to be very vocal so its best not to have neighbors too close by. If you're buying your ACD puppy from a breeder, consider purchasing two or three from the same litter. They'll be happier pets in the long run having their brothers and sisters with them. Adopting an ACD is tricky if you have existing pets, so make sure you talk with the organization you're adopting from--they'll know if that particular ACD would do well with other animals.

How To Finish Your Wooden Model Car

Do you love woodworking? Have you built wooden model cars and they look beautiful for a bit and then they begin to discolor? If so then you should consider adding a finish to your model car by applying varnish. While there are two main types of varnish here we will discuss one only. Traditional varnish can be slow drying, and extremely hard to clean up. Water based polyurethane varnish however is much easier to handle as it cleans up with water. It also drys very quickly. Varnish must be brushed in, allowed to dry, and sanded down. It must be repeated so that you get a uniform coating to the part that on which the varnish is being applied.

Some things that you will need together before you begin are your water-based polyurethane varnish in the shade that you want your model car to be, some sandpaper that is either 220 grit or finer (if you are unsure how to tell what the grit is just ask a sales associate to help you), a tack cloth to prevent spills, a synthetic bristle paintbrush that is easy to handle and not too large or too small for the work you will be doing, and a small disposable container.

When you go to buy the varnish just keep in mind that it, like paint, is available in a variety of finishes. Whether you choose flat, matte, satin, semi-gloss, or high-gloss will just depend on what your want your model to look like when it is finished. Flat has no shine to it at all and does not fair extremely well over time, high-gloss, however, is very bright and and is a good deal tougher. You should make sure that you are going to be painting your wooden model in an area that dust free and well ventilated. Dust will adhere to your model and show up quite clearly after the model has been varnished.

You will likewise want to make sure the model itself is clean and dust free. If you need to clean it before hand a tack cloth is the recommended method. It will remove any debris without leaving behind lint. Now that you are ready make sure to stir your varnish well. Once you do so then pour some of it into your disposable container. Recap your varnish and set it aside. By using your other container you will make it easier to prevent spills it will also help you to prevent contaminating your original can of varnish with dust or debris.

When you begin to paint the water-based polyurethane varnish onto your model make sure that you are using very smooth and even strokes. You will also want to follow the grain. By holding the brush as vertical as possible you will be able to prevent some uneven strokes. Another thing to keep in mind is that you should allow each coat of varnish to dry thoroughly. You will know it is dry when it feels dry to the touch. Much of the drying time depends on the temperature and the relative humidity.

After you have left the first coat to dry you should then sand the surface with your sandpaper and then clean the model with a tack cloth once more to remove any additional women's coats online sawdust that has built up after sanding. Keep repeating this process until you reach the look you are wanting. Once you do then let the piece set for one week for the varnish to cure. If you will then rub your model car with "0000" steel wool and clean it with a tack cloth you will be able to apply a paste wax. This can give you the best looking wooden model car possible.

Anti Slip Resin Floors - A Primer

Although there are many different kinds of resin floors, there is a specific demand for an anti-slip version in virtually all of them. Floors can be made anti-slip by a variety of means, but most techniques include the use of an oxide or quartz at the surface to impart a texture.

We will consider the three main resin systems which are roller coatings, self levellers and screeds. Generally the thicknesses of these systems are 100 and 500 microns, 1mm to 4mm, and 6mm to 9mm respectively.

Due to the thin section of coatings, there is a restriction on the size of aggregate, and therefore the value of slip resistance, available. The size of aggregate should never exceed twice the thickness of the coating because it would be susceptible to being plucked out by sheer forces.

The installation process is simple enough, but it must always be borne in mind that the success of this system is very dependent upon correct and adequate surface preparation. Too little preparation and the coating will peel off in sheets due to lack of adhesion, too much and the texture will show through a thin coating. For this reason the installation of coatings is best left to professionals.

Once the first primer coat has been rolled down, the selected aggregate is scattered into it. Dependent upon how much anti-slip is required, the size and distribution of the additive will be varied. The choice of additive also varies from Bauxite and granite which are both exceptionally hard wearing, to marble and carborundum, which both offer decorative effects.

Once the scatter has taken place, the primer should be left to cure. A top sealer coat is then applied, and this fastens the aggregate in place. The next thickness of resin floor is the self-leveller. There are two ways of rendering this anti-slip.

Firstly, after the resin has been laid, a quartz aggregate is scattered into it until the resin is absolutely saturated in aggregate and in fact is not visible due to the volume of aggregate scattered. The method of scattering the aggregate must be in small quantities which are broadcast in a similar fashion to that used for feeding chickens with corn. No large clumps or massive hand full should be dropped in one spot, because it could completely disturb the resin leaving a bald spot on the floor.

The floor is left to cure, and then it is swept to remove all loose aggregate. All remaining aggregate is bonded to the resin, but as with the roller-coat, it is subjected to a top sealer coat to fasten the aggregate in place. The deeper section of the self-leveller enables larger aggregate to be used, and thus a substantial anti-slip profile can be achieved.

The ability to clean the floor must always be considered when selecting the anti-slip materials.

The second way of achieving anti-slip is by laying the self-leveller with a smooth surface profile, and then sealing it after it has cured, with a top coat into which a fine aggregate can be scattered. A second top-coat fastens the aggregate in place.

This system is normally used when a fine surface texture is required since only small aggregate can be used in the top sealer coat due to its thin section.

Screeds which are generally 6mm upwards normally have a heavy duty aggregate added to them as part of their natural make-up. If coarse sand is one component, then this no fashion jackets online rmally imparts a good anti-slip texture to the finished screed which might need no further treatment to render it anti-slip.

Where the screeds are laid and finished with a steel trowel to a smooth finish, if anti-slip is required, it would generally be imparted by the use of a top sealer-coat with aggregate scattered in, as for coatings and self- levellers.
